President

Dr. Greg Grillo brings 30 years of clinical, managerial, and entrepreneurial experience to clients. With a formal background in psychology and dental marketing, he understands every step of the journey. Dr. Grillo also served as Content Director for an Inc. 5000 dental software company during a phase of rapid growth. For the past ten years, he’s helped develop apps, strategies, and content for clients worldwide while continuing to manage a busy general practice that involved several critical transitions and brand changes.

Dr. Grillo purchased his practice in 2001 after four years as a U.S. Navy Dental Officer. He built a talented team and increased practice profits by 300% with less stress and fewer hours. A graduate of several dental business programs, he understands the diverse skills that today’s market demands. He’s the creator and presenter of several CE-accredited courses and the CEO Pro practice coaching program.
KEVIN WHITE

CRO/Founder

Kevin is widely active with many local and state dental associations, and he’s helped many dental practices grow their brands and profits. Dental entrepreneurs admire him for being an effective communicator and a strategic planner with exceptional organizational skills. Kevin has the right METHOD for training diverse teams on the effective importance of systems and technology required to create more efficient business environments. He is also a PRO in dental administrative systems, internal and external marketing, and strategic planning. Kevin offers dental offices the right tools to achieve lasting success. In a world of “adapt or die,” he helps practices of every size shift their strategies to think the way patients do in today’s competitive digital world. 
Kevin loves connecting dental practices to their local communities and bringing a holistic approach to practice growth.

MATT PHILLIPS

COO/Founder

Matt joined Method Pro in 2018 to help use data and technology to enable and drive marketing endeavors.
With a strong background in information technology, analytics, web development and strategic business planning, Matt brings a high level of expertise to meet business, competitive and customer objectives. His full-picture approach and understanding of audience media consumption patterns help him to formulate strategies and methods to achieve and surpass client-marketing goals. He routinely advises companies in technology selection and deployment, web design, search engine marketing, analytics and business intelligence, statistical analysis and conversion testing.
Matt and his wife enjoy spending time with their 2 children. His hobbies include surfing, spearfishing and homebrewing. Matt is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara.

DR. AMANDA TAVOULARIS

Clinical Architect

Dr. Amanda Tavoularis brings more than 30 years of clinical and ownership experience to dentists who want to build something that lasts. A 1995 graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry, she has owned, grown, and successfully transitioned two practices, giving her firsthand insight into every stage of independent practice ownership.
Amanda holds Kois Mentor status, a distinction reserved for the Kois Center’s most accomplished clinicians, earned through more than 200 hours of advanced interdisciplinary training. She also has extensive education in periodontal medicine and developed a practice model that integrates medicine and dentistry to improve whole-patient health. Her work has focused on helping practices implement proactive periodontal-medical approaches that recognize the well-established connection between oral and systemic health.
As Method Pro’s Clinical Architect, Amanda helps doctors align clinical excellence, business performance, team dynamics, and leadership to create healthier, more profitable practices. She provides a practical roadmap for the human side of ownership that most dentists are never taught.
Outside of coaching, Amanda enjoys golf, tennis, and skiing with her husband and son.

RACHEL MARKS

Growth Strategist

Rachel Marks brings over two decades of hands-on dental industry experience to Method Pro, with a career that began at age 16 as a dental assistant and progressed into senior leadership roles within multi-location group practices. She has played a key role in scaling and supporting a 19-office organization and has trained and coached more than 500 dental teams nationwide. She also served as a founding team member and Growth Officer for the highly regarded dental support company, Swiss Monkey.

Rachel is known for her ability to translate strategy into execution. She works closely with doctors, office managers, and leadership teams to strengthen communication, improve accountability, and build systems that support sustainable growth. Her background spans operations, team development, and change management, allowing her to meet practices where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.


At Method Pro, Rachel partners with Dr. Greg Grillo to support practices through growth phases, transitions, and operational challenges. Her practical, people-first approach helps teams align around a shared vision while improving performance, culture, and follow-through.

Rachael Bullard

Client Success Manager

Rachael Bullard is a highly motivated and adaptable professional with extensive experience in dental operations, virtual administration, and client-focused service. With a strong background spanning front office management, insurance verification, billing, and team coordination, she brings a results-driven approach to every role she takes on. 
Rachael supports Method Pro’s multi-provider teams through real-time communication, scheduling, and operational management. She has a proven ability to streamline workflows, manage payroll and reporting, and maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records while delivering exceptional customer service. Her experience also includes implementing marketing initiatives and utilizing a variety of digital platforms to enhance efficiency and patient engagement. 
In addition to her healthcare expertise, Rachael is a dedicated fitness coach who works closely with individuals to develop personalized plans, track progress, and drive measurable results, demonstrating her passion for helping others succeed both personally and professionally. 
Throughout her career, Rachael has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly adapt in fast-paced environments. She is recognized for her clear communication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in both team and client interactions

Client Services Manager

At Method Pro, we believe effective marketing starts with strong relationships, and strong relationships require cohesive systems. That’s where Glenise comes in.
As Operations Manager and Onboarding & Client Servicing Manager, she ensures the agency runs with precision behind the scenes while serving as the central point of coordination for our clients. She bridges your vision with our execution, leading onboarding and ongoing support with clarity, structure, and consistency.
Glenise holds a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica, and understands that for dentists, time is their most valuable asset. Her goal is to make your experience with Method Pro seamless, so you can stay focused on clinical excellence while she manages the details.
Outside of work, Glenise enjoys time with her husband, teaching Sunday school, and caring for her gentle giant, Max—her one-year-old Rottweiler-Bullmastiff.

Monty Hobson

SEO Strategist

Monty loves to help businesses grow online through organic search traffic from Google, averaging more than 8 million search impressions yearly for clients (and growing). His passion to create, implement, and clearly communicate SEO strategy to all stakeholders, makes him an invaluable asset for acquiring new patients. Monty specializes in onsite and offsite optimization, as well as, Google Business Profile optimization, content creation, and technical oversight.
Working in SEO for the better part of a decade, Monty has expertise with most website platforms and loves working with dentists, in order to maximize their digital assets and brand visibility for boundless online referrals from the world’s most powerful search engine.
